Life is a game that only the best get to play.
Rope follows two university students as they meticulously plan a surprise party for their best friend. The catch? They intend to kill her before the celebration even begins. As the night wears on, tensions mount and carefully guarded secrets unravel, turning what should be a joyful evening into a tense examination of guilt, control, and morality. Performed in an intimate, immersive setting, this new adaptation of Patrick Hamilton’s classic thriller blurs the line between spectator and guest, placing you uncomfortably close to the unfolding crime. Now that the murder is out of the way, the party can finally begin.

Preview performances are offered as pay-what-you-can (minimum $5) and are designed to be accessible to everyone in our community. This special event allows you to witness the near-final version of our show as we fine-tune each element, from acting and staging to lighting and sound.
If you're able afford a regular ticket ($15) or any other amount above the minimum, we kindly encourage you to purchase the ticket you can afford. Amounts over $15 help fund this production and support our mission, while contributions over $35 help us continue offering affordable, pay-what-you-can tickets for everyone.
Preview tickets range from $5–$35, but you're welcome to include an additional donation if you'd like to give more.
